What are some of the different things for people to do and see in Costa Rica?

National Parks of Costa Rica

As a country, Costa Rica plays home to just under 30 National Parks, all of which offer people the chance to explore the country’s stunning landscape and scenery. The national park system in Costa Rica comprises a network of wetlands, marine areas, cloud forests, tropical dry forests and protect rainforests. As a country that acts as a world leader when it comes to conservation, Costa Rica has more than 25 per cent of its total landmass as protected areas – the highest percentage on a global scale. To name one National Park; Corcovado National Park, for example, is a combination of a spectacular black sand beach and rainforest on the undeveloped Osa Peninsula.
